These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iBestow, a personal legacy and emergency-planning application (the "Service"), operated as an individual sole proprietorship. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
iBestow lets you organize vital documents, keepsakes, and account information, designate trusted individuals ("trustees") to carry out your wishes, and set up periodic check-ins and reminders. iBestow is a planning and organizational tool and does not provide legal, financial, or estate-planning advice.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including contact details for yourself and any trustees or beneficiaries you designate.
If you opt in, iBestow may send you account-related notifications by email and/or SMS text message — including check-in reminders, quarterly review reminders, and alerts when a trustee action needs your attention. These are transactional notifications only; we do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
You are solely responsible for accurately designating trustees and beneficiaries and for understanding how release and verification mechanics work within the Service before relying on them for anything time-sensitive or legally significant.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the Service's normal operation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. iBestow does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome (such as timely delivery of information to a trustee or beneficiary) will occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBestow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
